FLOATING STRUCTURE / HOUSE

The aesthetic appeal of living on the water is slowing giving rise to floating towns. A floating house is a structure built on a floatation system, which is used as a residence for extended periods. Floating homes are not capable of self-propulsion and must be towed to a location.

It range from simple pontoon sheds to elaborate resort-style accommodation. Superfloats have worked with reliable floating home builders such as Aquahouse etc. to undertake  this exciting venture in promoting Floating House Community in the Asia-Pacific Region.

FLOATING HOUSE COMMUNITY

Floating House Community
means two or more floating homes which are physically connected to the shoreland and to each other by a common walkway or ramp, and which are serviced by a potable water system, electrical system, and sewage disposal system approved by the responsible authority.
