Floating Linear Barriers

Waterfront Infrastructures are often not adequately monitored as conventional fences and security electronics are not feasible. Long hours of surveillance with patrol boats overstretched the security forces arrangement of most organizations.

Floating Linear Barrier (FLB) presents a lower cost coastal protection to facilities such as Resorts/Hotels/Jetty etc where the issues in hand are more of border demarcation, containment or minor vandalism/theft prevention.

Model FLB 10M / S450 / 2M / SSF460

GENERAL NOTE:

1. LED blinking light to be fully powered by solar panel and inbuilt rechargeable battery.

2. LED blinking light assembly to be weather proof and UV resistant.

3. LED blinking light to be control by light sensor and to activate during low light condition i.e. after sunset and before dawn.

4. Chain linking the buoys to be made of UV resistant plastic that are suitable for marine application or stainless steel cable.

5. Sinker weight to be design assuming a max velocity of 1.5m/s at surface for lake conditions.

6. Floats to be made of impact resistant and UV stabilities HDPE and infill with high density foam 32 kg/m 3 and wall thickness 5mrn.

7. Wording on the float to be in black lettering and to be remain visible when view from either side and always remain above water line.

Floating Fence Structures

In some facilities such as ICQ complexes, cruises ship terminal, pump stations; it may be necessary to stop trespassing of individuals or more effective measure of preventing theft or vandalism.

The need for clear demarcation of borders have arisen, with incorporation of marine lanterns or luminous tape lines with warning signboard, therefore allowing security forces unquestioned define of border control and also afford them a clear view through the barriers.

Types of Spikes

Triangle

Triangle type is a rotating anti climbing spike barrier designed to be installed above any existing fence. Rotating around a central spindle, the individual three spiked tri-wing collars can be assembled to form a barrier of any length.

All Round

This is a versatile anti climb system, that’s simple to install and designed to offer years of maintenance free service. The system consists of a series of rotating aluminium vanes which fit onto a central shaft, which itself is supported at intervals by fixing brackets.

Spike

Clear polycarbonate base and thin stainless steel rods are nearly invisible even from short distances.

Roller

Roller Barrier consists of a series of independently rotating cups mounted on a central shaft (extruded aluminium tube) and supported at 2 metre intervals with suitable brackets. Shaft lengths can be quickly and easily joined together using a joining spigot, to form longer runs (or cut to shorter lengths if required).

Razor

The three dimensional design of Razor Spike provides greater volume, superior strength and makes it an excellent physical and psychological barrier.

Collar

Anti climb guard for circular poles, columns and brackets.
